Fine Touch's main scope of work is retail. We deal with multinational and nationwide senior clients in sites all over Egypt and the Middle East due to our solid track record. A very significant amount of our work can be found in some of the very well-known malls such as City Stars, Cairo Festival City, Maadi City Center, Alexandria City Center, Mall of Arabia, Dandy Mall…etc
The work process is basically about interpreting the client's design into detailed requirements and drawings of the six elements of interior decoration in retail construction which are: Ceiling, Walls, Floors, Shop front, Signage and Fixtures.
Residential
Another interpreted scope for Fine Touch is residential projects. After the construction phase, the premises is being handed to us for all the Fit Out work and consummation of the place. We deal with high quality suppliers in order to conduct the best results and achieve the client's expectations.
